    Please note: If you need to request changes for multiple children, a separate request form must be completed for each child.
  • CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

    Camp Cancellation Policy:  All deposits made at time of registration are non-refundable. (Camp fees may be refunded prior to April 15, 2024).  Refunds will be made in the same form as payment was made.  For requests submitted after April 15, 2024, a refund, less the deposit, will be honored upon completion of a Camp Refund Request Form submitted six weeks prior to bill date of camp service which must be approved by the Camp Director.  For requests received after the bill date a 25% refund will be given less the deposit.  All requests received less than 5 business days prior to camp session beginning will not be honored. If your child’s camp is cancelled for some unforeseen reason a full refund will be given in the original form of payment.  No refunds will be provided for the following: child’s disruptive behavior as determined by Lead Camp staff, insufficient notice of family commitments, undocumented medical absences.

  • CAMP CHANGE REQUEST

    Camp Change Policy:  Requests must be completed online and submitted the Monday prior to bill date of camp week. Schedule as follows; May 27th for Weeks A - 2, June 10th for Weeks 3 - 5, June 24th for Weeks 6 - 8 and July 8th for Weeks 9 - B.  A $25 processing fee will be charged to your account and processed at the time of switch.  For late submissions, a $35 late processing fee will be charged.  As a one-time courtesy, the fist switch request will be processed at no charge if received prior to March 1, 2024.   If a switch is made after the promotional period, the discount will not be honored and the difference in pricing will be charged.

      If any additional information or clarification is needed to process your request, we will reach out to you shortly. Once your request has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from our Child Care team. Credit/refunds may take up to two (2) weeks to process.
