CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Camp Cancellation Policy: All deposits made at time of registration are non-refundable. (Camp fees may be refunded prior to April 15, 2024). Refunds will be made in the same form as payment was made. For requests submitted after April 15, 2024, a refund, less the deposit, will be honored upon completion of a Camp Refund Request Form submitted six weeks prior to bill date of camp service which must be approved by the Camp Director. For requests received after the bill date a 25% refund will be given less the deposit. All requests received less than 5 business days prior to camp session beginning will not be honored. If your child’s camp is cancelled for some unforeseen reason a full refund will be given in the original form of payment. No refunds will be provided for the following: child’s disruptive behavior as determined by Lead Camp staff, insufficient notice of family commitments, undocumented medical absences.
