    If you are able to make the change yourself, please cancel out of this request.

    If for whatever reason you are not able to complete the change yourself, please continue to submit this request and we will contact you via telephone to request your new payment method. Please be sure the phone number you provided for us to contact you is correct. Due to security reasons, we are unable to accept payment information via this form.

    • ADD A FAMILY MEMBER TO YOUR UNIT

      We're happy to assist you! Please note, adding a family member to your unit may result in a change to your membership type and/or increase your monthly membership fee.

      If this is the case, we will contact you to confirm the changes within 3 business days and they can begin enjoying all the offerings of our YMCAs once you receive confirmation from us that the change was processed. We will use your current payment method to process any additional membership fees at the time of the request. Going forward you will be billed the new membership rate (if applicable).

      If any new family members are an adult and this will be their first visit to our YMCA, they will be required to show a government issued ID to verify their identity upon their first visit. If the address on their ID does not match that on the membership unit, they will have to show proof of address that matches yours as only those that reside within the same household can share a membership.     • UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

      We're happy to assist you! Your membership type will be updated as requested within 3 - 5 business days. Since you upgraded your membership to include additional family members, they can begin enjoying all the offerings of our YMCAs once you receive confirmation the change was processed. We will use your current payment method to process any additional membership fees at the time of the request. Going forward you will be billed the new membership rate (as indicated below).

    • DOWNGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

      We're happy to assist you! Your membership type will be updated as requested within 3 business days. Since you downgraded your membership to remove additional family members, they will be prevented from enjoying all the offerings of our YMCAs once you receive confirmation the change was processed. If your membership dues were already billed for the month, we may adjust the total due for the next month and going forward you will be billed the new membership rate (as indicated below).

    • REMOVE A FAMILY MEMBER FROM YOUR UNIT

      We're happy to assist you! Please note, removing a family member to your unit may result in a change to your membership type and/or monthly membership fee.

      If this is the case, we will contact you to confirm the changes within 3 business days and they will be prevented from enjoying all the offerings of our YMCAs once you receive confirmation the change was processed. If your membership dues were already billed for the month, we may adjust the total due for the next month and going forward you will be billed the new membership rate.

    • Help us ensure everyone who wants to participate in a Y program can, regardless of financial circumstance by adding on a tax-deductible monthly contribution towards the Annual Campaign.

    • PLACE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD

      We're happy to assist you and appreciate your willingness to return to us whenever you are ready. For this option, you may select to place your membership on a temporary hold for a monthly fee of $40 for up to three months. Please note, while on hold you may not participate in any Y activities or register for future programs.

      If your membership dues were already billed for the month, your membership hold will begin next month and going forward you will be billed the hold fee until your requested hold period has ended. Once your hold period has ended, your membership draft will automatically resume on your previous monthly billing date. 

    • Please call us now at (908)273-3330 or (908)464-8373 to update your payment method. We will be unable to process your request without this new information.

    • MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST

      We're sorry to see you go! Upon submission, this request will serve as your notice of membership termination from the Summit Area YMCA as stated in the authorization forms you signed when you joined. Your membership termination will be processed within 3 business days and go into effect on the date prior to your next scheduled bill date (the last date that your most recent membership payment was paid through). We will confirm your termination end date via email upon completion of the request and you may continue to use the Y until the scheduled termination date.
